The types of material we work with include aluminum, stainless steel, high-strength, high-temperature alloys such as Inconel® and Monel®, and a multitude of other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Our operators have an excellent mix of technical skills and know how to adjust variables such as the beam length, intensity, speed, and heat output to create very precise cuts, intricate shapes, and detailed features in all of these different materials. We have the capacity to cut sheet metal measuring up to 48.0″ long x 48.0″ wide x 3/8″ in thickness while upholding tolerances as close as ± 0.001″. Narrow kerf widths of 0.003″ enable tight nesting when cutting multiple parts per sheet.
As a precision machining company, we manufacture high quality, high-value parts for a diversity of industries, such as aerospace, medical device, tool & die, firearms, robotics, and semiconductor, among others. We welcome orders for parts with challenging designs and critical tolerances.
